Cold Sores: If you develop a cold sore, we recommend rescheduling your appointment. You may rebook after three weeks from your original appointment date at no extra cost. General Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
