To ensure we can accommodate all our clients effectively, please review our cancellation policy: Rescheduling Due to Illness: COVID-19: If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. There will be no cancellation fee, and we will assist you in booking a new appointment at your earliest convenience. Cold Sores: If you develop a cold sore, we recommend rescheduling your appointment. You may rebook after three weeks from your original appointment date at no extra cost. General Cancellations: We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may result in your deposit being forfeited. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited.
